Why does the delivery date differ from the X-Y business day delivery timeline?
Based on the dates displayed on the product page, it is conceivable that the Seller or one of our courier partners will be closed between the day you made your purchase and the date of delivery. In this instance, the anticipated date is increased by one day. The delivery dates account for the fact that some courier partners and Sellers are closed on Sundays.
What is the anticipated time of delivery?
The products are typically purchased and shipped by the sellers within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered business days.
- 1-2 days: Within City
- 2-4 days: Metro to Metro
- 4-6 days: Rest of India
- 6-8 days: North East & J&K

Do products sold by Sellers on Darsun Scientific have any unstated fees (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
When you shop on Darsun Scientific, there are no unexpected fees. The prices shown are fixed and inclusive. The price listed on the product page is the final cost to you.
Delivery fees are not extra charges and are applied (if at all) based on the seller’s shipping policies.
Why does one seller’s estimated delivery time differ from another?
You may have observed that different sellers of the goods you are interested in have different projected delivery timeframes. The availability of the goods, the seller’s location, the shipping destination, and the courier partner’s delivery speed in your area all affect how quickly packages are delivered.

Why isn’t the COD option available in my location?
The availability of COD is dependent on our courier partner’s capacity to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery at your location.
Your order value may have surpassed the limitation set by our courier partners for cash-on-delivery payments. On the product page, please input your pin code to check COD availability in your area.
How can I set up a pick-up for a returned item?
Refunds are simple. Contact us to initiate a return. Once you have requested a return, you will receive a call outlining the procedure.
Whenever feasible, Ekart Logistics will assist with the pick-up of the goods. If a pick-up cannot be arranged, you can send the item back via a third-party courier service. The seller covers return fees.
What if I receive a delivery confirmation but didn’t get the product?
If the product was not delivered despite receiving a delivery confirmation email or SMS, notify the seller within 7 days so they can investigate.
Product Tags and Availability Status
- In Stock: Sellers specify the delivery time based on your pincode (usually 2-3 business days or 4-6 business days).
- Available: The Seller may not have it in stock but can procure it for delivery.
- Preorder/Coming Soon: Items are expected soon but not currently available.
- Not Available: The product is not for sale now. Use the “Notify Me” function for updates.
- Imported: Items sourced from outside India may take 10 days or more to deliver.
- Back in Stock: Items in high demand that have been restocked.
- Currently Unavailable: Out of stock but may be available soon.
- Indefinitely Discontinued: No longer manufactured or sold.
- Out of Print: Permanently unavailable due to being withdrawn.
Does Darsun Scientific ship goods abroad?
Darsun Scientific does not provide international shipping yet.
